This blog doesn't give me the oomph to write, dat's why the long break in between! Moreover, nobody ever visits, so why bother?

Anyway, Audrey's finally finished her SPM yesterday. The day bfore, we were at another Education Fair held in PWTC. Managed to gather more information and gained some knowledge as to the next course of action. Mostly, she was advised to get her ALevels first bfore anything else. So, I dunno wat she intends to do.

Looks more like, she wish to wait for her results to decide, so let it be then. Right now, the options she has selected does not seem to be able to bring in much butter and bread, so we as parents are a bit worried. But does she understand this aspect? Sometimes, its pretty frustrating talking to her as she can be rather crude and stone-headed! I wish she can be more open and accept suggestions and advice. So much so that sometimes, my patience is at the borderline.

I think I better prepare myself mentally and emotionally to face the breakup from her when she decides to leave home, whether for study or work elsewhere. She has used the term 'let go' bfore, and it hurt me like hell coz I find her to be so inconsiderate, without a thought for our feelings, especially mine. And so, when the time comes, I believe she will not hesitate to use this term again. And this time, it would definitely be a finality. Nothing will ever be mentioned again on commitment, dedication and love where we are concerned. It'll be more like, "Pls let go!"

I have to prepare for the knife to pierce thru' my heart.

Hve been laying off frm blogging for slightly more than 1 mth. Reason? There ain't nothin' much to blog abt till now. Even so, it's all daily ritual so nothin' to shout abt...

Since last wk, the kids hve been off frm school tentatively due to exams and so on. Audrey at least hve more time to prepare for her SPM whereas Jasmine is busy with her EMA performance and rehearsals. Altho' I feel proud of her achievements thus far, it has put a strain on our relationship coz' I feel that she has been blinded by this obsession of hers and therefore neglected all other responsibilities.

Blimey! I juz got stunned! Come to think of it, why's there so much to say abt Jasmine and not much of Audrey? Is it bcoz she's not too active so didn't do much to shout abt? Didn't even realise de diff. until Audrey mentioned! Geewhiz, better find sumthin to write abt her or else.... u know!

HaRi RaYa PuAsA

Today sure is a lazy day! Everyone's not willing to move their butt to do their things. Initially, when kids came downstairs, they were pretty cheerful and talkative. But after a meal of ham and cheese sandwich, they were quite reluctant to start their respective duties. Everyone seems bored almost immediately and that has quite spoilt the earlier mood. This has got me pretty frustrated bcoz I truly dislike laziness and the lackasidal attitude of the young teenagers of today!

Yesterday, we sent Jasmine to the god-forsaken Klang Parade for her singing perfomance and stayed to watch the whole show. Surprisingly, GS and the rest of the platoon from Setapak also came and gave their support. It was not a big event and the crowd disappointing so there was nothing to shout about. But what do you expect from people around these areas of Klang? Overall, I think everyone was bored, including myself. In fact, you could almost hear Steven snoring while waiting for Jasmine's turn to perform! The atmosphere was not there... no excitement, nothing! The worst part was, there was absolutely nothing to do in Klang Parade! Nothing to even see at all! What a stupid place! Luckily, Jasmine did not disappoint with her performance! Sure worth the wait! I think she even sang better than the stupid actual singer that they were trying to promote!

Then, came dinner time, we even had to drive all the way back to SS2 Kayu Restaurant to eat. Can you imagine?

You guys, stay away from Klang, man!

JASMINE LIVE ON ONE FM RADIO CHANNEL!

Can't believe I'm listening to Jasmine on air right now. And so are others whom she knows! She was so nervous and excited. But she did not say much, maybe becoz she was REA...L.LY nervous and can't think of what to say! The experience would make wonders for her tho'.

Seems like things are picking up for her, eh?? Awright, JIA YU!!

My 1St BirDie!

Can u imagine how happy I was 2 days ago, i.e. Friday? I was playing golf and I got my 1st birdie and 1 sandy par! Golf lingo, in short, meaning, GD! Hehhehheh! I cldn't stop grinning! And dat satisfaction u feel when u achieved sumthin! Awright, man! I feel more encuraged ard!

Den 2day, played golf again with hubby and Allan. But sad 2 say, 2day's game no gd. But at least, I didn't feel as lousy as b4, so, I guess there's still hope for me to do better next round. GAMBATTE!

Jasmine had a singing performance 2day in Selayang Mall. Said not too gd wor... mayb too tired ard frm all those rehearsals! Nex show in Leisure Mall. Think mayb I shld go see dis one, give sum support.

FinAlLy, JaSmInE'S BiRtHdAy!

Its here! The big day! HAPPY SWEET SIXTEEN! And guess how we celebrated!

1st, the cake! Bought the cake yesterday at Pistachio Cake House. Den, when I got into de car with the cake, de clock in the dashboard read: 16:16! WoW!!! Shld dat be a gd omen?!?

DEN, ToDaY! Wah....! She got so much gifts & cards frm frens! I wonder if she still remember us or not after dat! Hehhehh.. So, u know how we celebrated with her? Aha!

We put magic candles on her cake, harharhar!!! So when she tried blowing out de flame, the candles ignited again, so she kept blowing & blowing so many times, but it still keep lighting back up! Wat a joke! We were laughing like mad over dis! Muakahkah...harhahr... it was fun after all!

But superstition still rules and she was a bit worried her wish might not come true, oh oh...
dun blame mEEee....

Hope she had enjoyed her birthday as much as we did.

Tomorrow is Jasmine's birthday but thought want to cut cake today. But keep calling her, she still cannot wake up. So plan scrapped. Summore say want to avoid celebrating tomorrow coz its also the 1st day of the chinese ghost festival. So not very good.

SuCh A WeT WeT DaY!!

Its been raining cats and dogs since early morning today. And its de first day back to school after a week's holiday! What a way to start!

U know wat's de worse part?

Had to send in car for checking on ESP. Den summore GS's car not around to fetch me back frm service ctr. Den nid to trouble Pau Yen. GS den came with her. Summore GS not feeling too well. Fetch me ard, den went to Giant nearby for food. But nothing suitable to eat, wat a stupid mart. Afer dat, went to nearby coffee shop for noodles and economy rice. Adjourned to Jusco in Puchong. But nothing to buy. Den they dropped me back at the ctr. Had to wait myself coz they had to go back, nid to fetch kids later. Me? I waited a bloody 2 1/2 hrs for de car to be ready! Wat a day! Luckily, Pau Yen was around, if not I'd be stranded at the ctr for at least 6 hrs! Dunno why must take them dat long juz to check something! Dnnng!

How many of u out there r patriotic? Can't say I am one bcoz I hve been too disillussioned ard.

Today, Jasmine kicked off her 2nd leg of singing performance with her EA group at The Mines Shopping Mall. All 3 of us were there to watch her perform. She was quite nervous during her 1st part, we can even hear her voice tremble distinctly. But later, I think she got over her stage fright and sounded more confident ard. She is quite enjoying herself too....

They will complete their last show at Sg Wang end of September 2009. Mayb we shld catch them again?

Guess I better be realistic and admit to myself dat I am a lousy golf player. I better juz stick to wat I do best! Walking and jogging in de park! At least I wld still hve my dignity left!

Haiz... I played so bad again in golf today! Sometimes when u hit well, u feel excited and want to play more. But de more u play, de worse it becomes. I am like dat!

Today, during de game, I felt so insignificant amongst de others who played with me! It really made me feel down and inferior. I lost interest in de game ard. How can I claim to hve passion for it when I can't even play well??? Shit, dis game is getting to me! I feel so depressed and humiliated!

Been sleeping with the kids last couple of weeks coz air-con broke down. So is my back...ow! Wonder when it can be fixed!

Audrey studying real hard for her SPM trial juz round the corner! Glad to see that she's so hardworking...

Juz finished watching the finale of the chinese series, Burning Flame III. So touching but befitting. I even shed some tears, aw.... Mayb shld buy a copy and keep or mayb download and burn into DVD even better. Good show, all! Shld see!

Mission not impossible?

They say, it takes something drastic to happen to jolt a person awake from their comfort zone. That's what got me started learning the computers in 2007. I must say I have done pretty good for someone my age and calibre (which amounts to nothing, actually). Up till now, progress is somewhat slow but moving along.... Patience is the key, I tell you.

Before this, computers irritate and bore me to death! Especially when it hangs! But now, whenever I get stuck somewhere, I do bother to try and rectify the problem. Hmmm... frustrating but challenging! Kudos to me!
